Who we are
This website, kraven.clothing, is run by Krav'en. For anything about your data, email hello@kraven.clothing.
What we collect
If you join the launch list, we keep your email address, the page you signed up on, and the date and time. That is all. We do not ask for your name and we do not buy or receive data about you from anyone else.
The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Why, and on what basis
We use your email address to tell you when the Krav'en store opens and about new releases. We do this because you asked us to by joining the list, which under UK data protection law is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is kept
The list is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Cloudflare may process data outside the United Kingdom, under the safeguards UK law requires for international transfers. When the store opens the list may move to the store's email service; this page will be updated to say which.
We never sell your email address or share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@kraven.clothing. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
